Custom Engraving Request
Will you engrave custom Logos or Art work? Yes we will.
Wholesale items: We will engrave your shop Logo on to your Stash Box orders of (50) or more for free depending on the detail.
Personal Gifts: If you have a special image/art work you would like engraved on your Stash Box, Please submit your art work to us for a estimate to engrave to email@example.com. You need to submit your art work in a high resolution JPEG format of 300-dpi to firstname.lastname@example.org, please also included your order number for reference to your purchase
What’s your return policy?
We will Not Refund Purchases due to mistakes in orders as all items are made per order. However we will do an exchange for another product.
Items custom engraved will not be refunded or exchanged.
All returns must be received within 15 days of the ship date. Colorado Stash Box must be notified in advance why the product is being returned. Product must be shipped back in original packaging and received in good, unused condition. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the product. Refund amount will be the cost of the product minus shipping and restocking fee. Restocking fee is 10% of the cost of the product. A restocking fee is charged for the cost of having Web developer to update On-Line store inventory and to update warehouse inventory. NOTE, Its the Buyers responsibility to Insure the returned Item for Loss or Damage
Damaged Products Policy
Products damaged during shipping – Colorado Stash Box will replace products damaged during shipping. Customer must provide Colorado Stash Box photo showing proof of damage to product and shipping box. Product must be returned back to Colorado Stash Box. Once received, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional charge. Please email photos along with ordering information to email@example.com
